One of the new steps we’re taking in 2020 is to combine our branches and move to one 'easy to reach' location. This new location is just outside of the centre of town, so you don’t have to deal with lack of parking, parking charges, or traffic when visiting us. You can stop by after work or between tasks to chat to us, making life immeasurably easier. Parking is always available and free, so you can stay as long as you need to. We’re also always on hand via phone or email if you don’t have time to pop in.

Getting the best price for your home doesn’t mean using the cheapest agent. By using an agent who has local property knowledge, can go the extra mile to market your home, will listen to your needs, and care about your goals, you’ll end up with a larger profit in the long run. Our founders and directors, David and Lee, live locally and are very active in the local community. With so much experience of the local property market, and are available in the office day to day, they know just what to highlight in your sale or let, and are on hand for their customers.
